Billing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with your email and start practicing. You can add a card later, before the beta ends, if you want to keep going on a paid plan.
What happens when the beta ends?
We’ll email you ahead of time. If you’ve added a card, your account moves to the plan you chose and billing starts. If you haven’t, your account is paused, not charged and not deleted, until you decide.
Can I switch plans or billing periods?
Yes. Yearly billing costs 10 months’ worth of the monthly price, so you get 2 months free.
Is my practice data kept if I stop?
Your scores and transcripts stay in your account until you delete it. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your profile.
